Carl Allen Randall, of Portland, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on February 8, 2026 at the age of 79. Allen was born in Lyons on November 6, 1946, the son of Floyd and Helen (Rounds) Randall. Allen was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving his country with honor.
