Technical changes to the Beacon

Our website provider recently pushed an update to their platform, and in recent days the update was implemented on the Beacon. You may notice that our site looks a bit different, but rest assured, all the local news you count on is still there. We are still ironing out a few wrinkles, but we hope you enjoy the updated format. We are told that it will allow our local content to load quicker on both desktop and mobile versions.
