Shamrock Girls get wins over Potterville and Perry

On Tuesday, the St. Patrick Girls Varsity Basketball team hosted Potterville. The Shamrocks took their first season victory against the Vikings 44-26. Gracelyn Rockey had 14 points, 18 rebounds and 5 steals. Mattie Honsowitz had 11 points, 6 rebounds and celebrated her first game back. Bella Russman and Naomi Hass added 6 points as well.

 

The Vikings were led in scoring by Gates with 12 points.

 

On Thursday, the team traveled to Perry and took home another win.

 

The Varsity defeated the Ramblers 46-26. Gracelyn Rockey ended the game with 22 points, and 9 rebounds. Lily Sandborn scored 10 points, and Mattie Honsowitz contributed 8 rebounds. Perry was led in scoring by Abigail Cochran with 12 points.

 

The Lady Shamrocks head into the Winter Break with a record of 2-2 and look forward to hosting the Fowler Eagles, in a rescheduled contest, on January 6th.
