Shamrock girls defeat Potterville to advance to District Finals

The Portland St. Patrick Shamrocks traveled to Potterville on Wednesday for the District Semi-Final game where they played the Potterville Vikings. The Shamrocks defeated the Vikings 52-21. The team was led by Mattie Honsowitz with 19 points and 6 rebounds. Gracelyn Rockey followed with 10 points, 12 rebounds and 5 steals. Naomi Hass added 6 points, Macie Smith scored 5 points and Bella Russman brought down 9 rebounds for the Shamrocks.
The Vikings were led by Aubrey Gasch with 10 points.
The Lady Shamrocks advance to District Finals against Lansing Christian on Friday night at 7pm in Potterville.
