Shamrock Girls advance to Regional Finals

The St. Patrick's Varsity Girls basketball team traveled to Fowler, for the Semi-Regional matchup against Climax- Scotts. The Shamrocks won, 41-20, over the Panthers. The team played great defense, closing out on shooters and taking care of penetration in the lane. The Shamrocks rebounded the ball and converted quality possessions using poise offensively. Gracelyn Rockey led with a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, Macie Smith scored 7 points, had 5 rebounds and 4 steals, Macie Leonard and Lily Sandborn each added 5 points, and Marian Davlin brought in 5 big rebounds for the Shamrock win.

The Lady Shamrocks move on to Regional Finals on Wednesday, March 11th vs. the winner of the Whitmore Lake- Muskegon Catholic game at 7:00pm in Fowler.
