Raider Bowling CAAC Singles results

On Sunday, February 8th, the Portland bowling teams competed in the CAAC Singles Tournament at Royal Scot.

 

On the girls’ side, Savanah Sutton led the way, qualifying in 11th place. She won her first two matches to advance to the semifinals, where she fell to eventual champion Ryleigh Kline of Holt. Savanah finished the day with an impressive 3rd-place finish.

 

On the boys’ side, a couple of Raiders just missed the top-16 cut, with Zach Edlund finishing in 23rd place and Camden Calkins in 26th.

 

Wyatt Spear bowled exceptionally well all day, posting a six-game total of 1,274 for a 212 average. He qualified in 3rd place and won three matches to reach the finals before falling to Andrew Rigelman of Olivet. Wyatt finished as tournament runner-up.

 

Overall, it was a great day on the lanes for the Portland Raiders!
