Raider Baseball falls to Forest Hills Eastern in Pre-District

The Portland High School baseball season came to an end on Tuesday when the Raiders fell to Forest Hills Eastern 8-3 in the MHSAA Pre-Districts at Forest Hills Eastern.
Marc Nobis pitched six innings for the Raiders striking out two, while Trent Trierweiler pitched on inning striking out one.
Grant Ruddy led the Raider offense with two hits and three RBIs. Trierweiler added one hit for Portland.
The final record for the 2021 Portland squad was 13 wins and 14 losses.
