Portland Bowlers defeat Charlotte

On Friday, the Portland bowling teams hosted the Orioles of Charlotte at the Wagon Wheel.
The girls team caught fire and won 27-3 moving their record to 12-0. The girls shot team games of 723 and 824, breaking the team high game and series by a lot. Leading the way were Savanah Sutton, Addy Thomas and Keira Moffatt. Savanah shot 138 and after a ball switch, 221 for a 359 series. Addy shot 341 for the day and Keira shot 321. Of note for the Orioles, Lori Jackson shot 355.
The Varsity boys won 20.5 to 9.5. They had team games of 964 and 923. Dre Cross was high man with a 245 game and a 478 two game series. Eli Dakin had a 221 and a 420 two game series.
Next completion day is Sunday February 9th at Royal Scot bowling in the conference singles tournament.
