PAHS Speaker to Share History of Memorial Piece of World Trade Center in Portland

On September 28th, former Portland Fire Chief, Mark Ackerson, will be the guest speaker at the Portland Area Historical Society's monthly meeting. He will be describing how the Portland Fire Department acquired a memorial piece of the World Trade Center for Two Rivers Park. The community is invited to join us and hear this important piece of Portland history. We gather at 6:30 for a brief business meeting with the program following.
