Obituary for Steven Richard Huhn

Steven Richard Huhn, age 73, of Portland, passed away on Sunday October 19, 2025. He was born on June 5, 1952, the son of Herman and Mathilda (Kowatch) Huhn. Steve was retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 33 years of service to his local community. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, driving his corvette, and working in his yard. He cherished his family and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Duane, Ron, Jim, and Jon; sister, Mary LaRose. Surviving are his beloved wife of 52 years, Linda Huhn; son, Craig (fiancée, Gretchen) Huhn; daughter, Lindsey (Chris) Spitzley; grandchildren, Audrey, Devin, and Brayden; and siblings, Bob Huhn, Ken (Vicki) Huhn, Marleah (Jim) Quinby, and Sharon Goodman.

The Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.lehmanfuneralhomes.com.
