Obituary for Mikel "Mike" D. McAllister

Mikel "Mike" D. McAllister, age 67, of Sunfield, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023. He was born on May 6, 1955 in the Lansing the son of Norman and Vedah McAllister. Mike was a big Spartan and Lions fan, enjoyed fishing, golfing, antiquing, collecting pottery, singing and playing his guitar. He was a real estate agent and Auctioneer for many years. Mike loved his family and spending as much time with the grandkids as he could. He was preceded in death by his dad, Norman; brother, Kelly McAllister and all of his grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Vedah; children, Dave (Andi) and Brandi (Art); brothers, Dennis (Teri), Brian (Lori), and Greg (Nicole); grandchildren, Hollie (David), Hillary (Joey), Mason, Devin, Damon, Dylan (Kaitlyn), Josh, Abriel and Jacob; 6 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the V.F.W. Post #4090 in Portland. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Home, Portland.
