Obituary for Kathleen Ann (Kuchar) Litchfield

Kathleen Ann Litchfield, age 77, of Portland passed away December 24, 2021. She was born November 3, 1944 to John and Margaret (Vitosky) Kuchar.

Kathleen could crochet anything and baked the best Czech Kolache and other delicious goods in the kitchen. She loved spending time with family and friends whether she was in Florida or in Michigan.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jerald Litchfield; children, Jeffery (Melissa) Litchfield of Portland, Jason (April) Litchfield of Saranac, and Kelly (Steve) Gross of Colorado; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and siblings, John Kuchar and Joseph Kuchar.

The Funeral Service will be officiated by Pastor Roy Atherton at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland, MI 48875. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the funeral chapel. A luncheon will immediately follow the funeral service on Thursday at the Wagon Wheel American Grill, 7888 E. Grand River Avenue, Portland, MI 48875.
