Obituary for Gregory Lee Lefke

Gregory Lee Lefke, age 72, of Portland, passed on Friday, October 17, 2025. Gregg was born on December 1, 1952 the son of Ronald and Margaret (Smith) Lefke. He worked as a independent concrete contractor. In his younger years, Gregg enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR and boating. He loved working on his house and cabin and keeping a well-kept yard. Gregg was very, very particular on all of his projects. He enjoyed cooking and canning, especially sauerkraut and pickles.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dennis and Michael; Gregg is survived by siblings, Karen Boatman, Douglas (Dixie) Lefke, David “Boudy” (Marlene) Lefke, Terrence (Natalie) Lefke; sister-in-law, Kaye Lefke; Gregg enjoyed spending time with all of his 12 nieces and nephews many great nieces and nephews and even 5 great great nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge St., Portland.
