Obituary for Eileen Ann Main

Eileen Ann Main, of Lyons, passed away on April 11, 2026 at the age of 92. She was born in Mannington, West Virginia, the daughter of Clifford and Lenore Mobley, she earned a degree from Fairmont State College. She taught for ten years in Ohio and 13 years at the Benedict School, a one-room schoolhouse. Eileen was also a member of Portland Church of the Nazarene.

Eileen was married to Duane Main for 62 years and he preceded her in death in 2018.  She is survived by her sons Gregory (Cheryl), Daniel (LeAnn), David (Carrie), daughter Debra (Nicholas) Rowe, special nephew Robert (Carol) Mobley, 11 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

She is also preceded in death by her 2 brothers and a sister.

A private graveside service will be held. The Celebration of Life will take place at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the Portland Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Jimmy Guffey presiding.
