It was Championships Week for the Portland Raider Wrestlers, and all three teams made solid showings. On 2/1, the Portland Girls Wrestling team participated in the CAAC Girls League competition at Holt taking 5th overall out of 18 teams with only five wrestlers competing. Georgia Stahl was champion at 105 points. Also placing for the Raiders were R. Johns (235, 2nd), A. Pettit (110, 3rd), J. Miller (140, 5th), and M. Pohl (170, 3rd).

Varsity A Boys also competed in their CAAC All Conference (White, Blue, and Red) Championship on the same day, tying for 4th out of 20 schools with only six wrestlers present.
