Friends of the Red Mill Crowned Six “Little Misters” at Mother Son Dance
The Friends of the Red Mill held their annual Mother Son Dance where they crowned six “Little Misters.” Each Little Mister was required to answer questions relating to Portland and the group to be eligible for the contest. Each contestant received tickets to attend their Haunted Mill held at the Old Red Mill the last two weekends in October, a Friends of the Red Mill mug and were able to sport a crown along with a mustache for the evening.
Each attendee to the Sesquicentennial Mother Son Dance received great music and unlimited photo booth visits provided by Celebration Sounds of Grand Ledge, a Mother/Son keepsake photo provided by Reflections Photography of Portland, along with snacks and root beer floats to top off their evening of fun. The Mother Son Dance is held every September and all the proceeds benefit the Friends of the Red Mill.
