Madison Guilford Named PHS Raider of the Week

Portland High School is pleased to announce this week’s recipient of the “Raider of the Week” award:

Name: Madison Guilford

Grade: 12

Parents: Chad and Nicole Guilford

Activities: Madison has participated with the Raider cheerleading team for a year. She is a member of the PHS National Honor Society and our Community Service Club. She also has been a part of the PHS choir, cheer for charity, and mascots/Jr. Raiders. She also volunteers her time tutoring and helping with her church’s Sunday school class.

Post-High School Plans: After graduating from high school, Madison plans to participate in our 5th year LCC program and then hopes to transfer to the University of Michigan to become a doctor of ostheopathics.

Award: In recognition of being selected as “Raider of the Week” at Portland High School, Madison is awarded one 9”/1-item pizza from The Pizza Shop courtesy of Dawn and Tom Hodge and will receive a plaque from S&K Trophies courtesy of Lynn and Dan Babbitt.
