Raider Bowling Teams Fall to Greyhounds

The Portland High School boys bowling team lost to Eaton Rapids 18 to 12 on Friday.

The Raider boys bowled 1,012 pins in the first game, making it their first game over 1,000 this year. Notable scores were Luke Dalman 267 and 174, Jack Dalman 224, and Evan Warner 200. All bowlers’ games are their highs for the year

Notable scores for Eaton Rapids were Hunter Levering 216, Mclahe Mccorrick 214, Zack Merkcum 214, and Ethan Filion 209.

The Portland girls lost to Eaton Rapids 20 to 10. Notable scores for the Portland girls were Aubree Martin 173 and Emma Armour 170.

Notable scores for Eaton Rapids Mckynzie Martin and 180 Kailee Trecar 155.

Both Raider squads will next face Holt on Tuesday the 19th at City Limits starting at 3:00.
