Birth Announcement: Jace Evan Bair

Tammy (Hillis) and Jonathan Bair of Portland wish to announce the birth of their son Jace Evan Bair, born October 4th at 7:43 AM. He was born 8 lbs 5 oz, 19 inches. He joins sisters Rylan Bair and Aliyah Rodriguez, and brother Landen Rodriguez.
