Coach’s Comments:
The team took two league wins from an excellent Bath program. Bath played a very tight defensive game and their players showed grit in both games. The Shamrocks led the evening off with aggressive bats and had 18 hits. Our pitching was spot on tonight. Rylee Scheurer threw our team’s first no hitter, and we don’t expect it to be her last of the season! With Rylee and Carly throwing shutout games it gave our team the ability to back them in the field and at the plate. Their leadership is second to none. We are extremely proud of the work these ladies put in on a daily basis and look forward to our games next week.
The Shamrocks next contest is on Monday when they travel to Vestaburg.
