Coaching Staff Comments:
We couldn’t be more proud of the way the team played today. Tori was absolutely outstanding and commanded 9 strikeouts for the team as well mixed pitches in sequences that kept Bath with indirect hits throughout the night. Defensively the team communicated well, made the plays we’ve been committed to and shut down many Bath attempts. Offensively, we continue to grow and thrive. The girls fed off of each other this evening and were able to position our team in scoring position almost every inning. This was a great test of our skill sets as Bath is currently competing at the top of our league. Winning game one, and having the lead in game two until the 6th inning was exactly where we envision our team moving forward. The Shamrocks travel to Potterville next Thursday.
