Shamrock Baseball takes two from Fowler

The Portland St. Patrick Baseball team traveled to Fowler on Thursday evening. The Shamrocks won both games improving their overall record to 22-0.
The Shamrocks won game one 5-2. Brayden Simon got the win on the mound striking out eight batters in five innings. Jerryd Scheurer got the save pitching the final two innings and striking out five.
Logan Howe led the Shamrock offense going two for three with a double and an RBI. Charlie Thelen had one hit and two RBIs.
St. Patrick won game two 3-0. Brady Leonard got the win on the mound going six innings and striking out nine. Sean Fedewa pitched the final two innings and got the save.
Scheurer and Simon each had multiple hits in the second contest.
St. Patrick is scheduled to host Muskegon Catholic Central next on Monday.
