Shamrock Baseball improves to 16-0 with wins over Barry County Christian and Potterville

The St. Patrick varsity baseball team racked up four wins so far this week after sweeping both Barry County Christian on the road on Monday and hosting Potterville on Wednesday.
Game 1: St. Patrick 4, Barry County 1
Brayden Simon picked up four strike outs in two innings, while Jerryd Scheurer struck out six in five innings on the mound.
Scheurer also led the Shamrock offense going two for four with one RBI at the plate. TJ Chamberlain also had a hit for St. Patrick.
Game 2: St. Patrick 11, Barry County 1
Brady Leonard and Sean Fedewa each struck out three batters in game two.
The Shamrocks scored 11 runs on seven hits in the game. Scheurer led with two hits and one RBI. Charlie Thelen (double), Logan Howe, Simon White (double), Chamberlain and Nathan Fears each had one hit.
Game 1: St. Patrick 14, Potterville 0
The Shamrock offense scored 14 runs on nine hits in the game. Charlie Thelen, Howe (double), and Fears (double) each had two hits.
On the mound, Fedewa got the win pitching three innings and striking out five. Chamberlain pitched the final two innings striking out two. Each allowed only one hit.
Game 2: St. Patrick 19, Potterville 0
St. Patrick scored 19 runs with nine hits in the four-inning win. Scheurer (double), Charlie Thelen, and Brayden Simon each had two hits.
Tyler Thelen pitched two innings while Isaiah Rockey and Mason Simon each pitched one inning. The three pitchers struck out a combined five batters, while allowing just one walk and zero hits.
