Raider boys end regular season with loss to Mason

The Portland High School boys basketball team hosted Mason on Thursday night for the team’s regular season finale. The Raiders fell to the Bulldogs 82-50.
Portland was led by freshman Evan Gross with 12 points, all coming on three-pointers. Senior Trent Meyers and freshman Dominic Novara each scored eight points.

The Raiders finish their regular season with an overall record of 6-14 and a league record of 4-6. They will host district action next week and are set to face Haslett (9-10 overall) Monday night at 7:00.
