Portland Raiders 2023 Volleyball Regular Season Comes to A Close

On Thursday 10/26 Portland finished out the regular season with a thrilling 3-0 victory over Fowler. The Raiders trailed by at least 5 points in each game, but found their way to come back for the sweep (25-23, 27-25, 25-23).
Allie Sutberry orchestrated the Raiders attack with a 28 assist performance finding outside hitters Jaylee Pitchford and Makayla Evansen for 7 Kills each.
Lexie Huhn had a strong defensive day, totaling 3 blocks and 19 successful Serve Receives.
Defensive Specialists Stasia Seidelman and Lilli Spenski both made key plays in the 2nd and 3rd games, allowing the Raider attack to mount a comeback.
The Raiders finished the 2023 Regular Season 21-17-4 and 3rd in CAAC White.
