Portland High School Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2022

The Portland High School Athletic Hall of Fame committee proudly announces the members of the Class of 2022 that will be inducted at a dinner in their honor on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the Willow Wood Golf Course.

Individual athletes to be inducted are Claude “Bud” Plant (1937), Jenny Beech (1988), Patrick Guilford (1997), Sarah Stornant (2002), Bridger Buche (2007) and Chance Conley (2013). Honorary inductees are David McGregor and Phil Tonkin.

The following teams are also being inducted to the PHS Athletic Hall of Fame:

1974 – 75 Boys Basketball

Coach Don Crandall, Randy Almy, George Carpenter, Doug Gee, Dan Lowery, Doug Miller, Phil Quinn, Kevin Seal, Kelly Doherty, Greg Goodman, Doug Hinds, Mark Miros, Bob Munchbach, Dave Preston, Cary Seal, and manager Jon Rosin.

1987 Girls Cross Country

Coach John Manzini, Coach Loraine Brown, Wendy Buckner, Toni Burgoyne, Vicki Kincaid, Julie Linebaugh, Kelly Litchfield, Sandy Pline, Kerrie Selden, and Kim Selden.

1998 Boys Tennis Team

Coach Jim Niebling, Nathan Clark, Rory Miller, Adam Schneider, Josh Hutchinson, Nick Martin, Andy Marlatt, Kenny Polzin, Dave Shefkey, Casey Ries, Eric Dumas, Chris Abbott, and Brian Abbott.
