Portland Girls Tennis hosted Grand Rapids West Catholic Friday. The numerous returners from the Falcon's 2021 6th place state finishing team helped them to earn a 5-3 win over the Raiders. While a tie would have been a great finish, Portland's young team couldn't quite get a few more ball bounces in their favor. Winning matches for Portland were 1 singles Alyssa Jack, 2 singles Adriana Krieger, and 2 doubles Elizabeth Seavey/Ally Logel.
Special thanks to our Middle School team for coming to cheer on the Lady Raiders at the match! We hope they enjoyed the match!
