Create a Collage
Do you want to submit a piece to Portland Creates but you aren’t sure what to make? Then this program is for you. On Wednesday, March 29 at 6:00 p.m., we will use paints, tissue paper, and oil pastels to create custom papers, which we will then turn into one-of-a-kind collages. With opportunities to work collaboratively and on your own, a good time is guaranteed! Ages 15 and up, registration is required.
Put the “Book” in “Pocketbook”
What could be cuter—or more environmentally friendly—than turning old books into fun and funky purses? With a little bit of sewing and a little bit of gluing, you can add this statement piece to your wardrobe. Register anytime, and then check out the instructional video and your bag of supplies on March 30. Ages 15 and up, registration is limited to 15. Don’t miss your chance to “bag” this project!
