PHS Grad Hunter Russell wins CMU Vaccine Incentive and One Year Paid Tuition

2017 Portland High School graduate and current Central Michigan University student, Hunter Russell, was recently awarded with a one-year paid tuition scholarship as part of the University’s vaccine incentive program.
