PHS Girls Bowlers ranked #2 in State
The Michigan High School Interscholastic Bowling Coaches Association recently released their top 10 state rankings. The Portland High School Girls team is currently ranked #2 in division three behind Coloma. You can view the full rankings at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5ATR6tphbU
Monday, February 7th, both PHS teams hosted Grand Ledge. Portland boys coach Dan Graef said his team was on top of their game.

The Portland boys team finish their regular CAAC season with a 3-7 record.
On the girls side, coach Joe Whitford said, “Being our last match of the season and only having two seniors, it was an emotional time. But their teammates held them up in a victorious victory and maintaining their undefeated season record at 10-0.” The two seniors are Kaelyn Bayless and Jessie Whitford.

The Portland Raiders girls are the CAAC Conference Champions!
Both teams will practice and concentrate on the upcoming CAAC conference singles tournament being held on January 13th at Royal Scot in Lansing.
