PFCU Credit Union has donated $5,000 to the Kent County Youth Agricultural Association (KCYAA), continuing its strong support for youth development and agricultural education in the region. The donation was presented on Wednesday, July 30, at the Grand Agricultural Center of West Michigan.

The funds will help KCYAA expand its programs that provide hands-on learning experiences in agriculture for youth across the region. These opportunities help young people build leadership skills, gain practical knowledge, and connect more deeply with their communities.

PFCU Credit Union has a long-standing tradition of giving back. “We’re proud to support the next generation of leaders,” said Ben Weller, Community Engagement Coordinator for PFCU Credit Union. “Organizations like KCYAA are doing incredible work, and we’re honored to be part of it.”

The Kent County Youth Fair, hosted by KCYAA, is a summer highlight that showcases the talents and dedication of local youth involved in 4-H and other agricultural programs. This year’s fair runs from July 28th through August 2nd, and the public is encouraged to attend and show their support.
