Sharon Lee Fell, of Portland, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2024, at the age of 81. She was born on January 25, 1942, in Lansing, Michigan, to the late Arthur and Edith (Patterson) Butters.

Sharon's journey through life was marked by her friendly nature, kindness, and love for those around her. Growing up she attended Grand Ledge Schools, where she formed lasting friendships that enriched her life. Throughout her professional career, Sharon worked at Hudson's and Meijer, where her welcoming smile brightened the days of many. Her care and compassion extended beyond the workplace as she readily offered support to others, whether it was a comforting conversation or a warm, home-cooked meal. She had a passion for square dancing and cherished the moments spent with her husband, Jerry, in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. Sharon was often found in her beautifully tended yard, working or mowing the lawn. Sharon enjoyed regular lunch outings and shopping trips with her friends. However, her greatest joy came from the love she shared with her family. Sharon's adoration for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was immeasurable, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding Sharon in death are her parents; husband, Jerry Fell; and brother, Joe. Sharon is survived by her children, Lori (Mike) Odle and Mike (Laura) Hager; grandchildren, Nicole (Jimmy) Hissong, Katie Odle (fiancé, Kyle Stobridge), Ella Hager (special friend, Steven Droste), Savanna Hager (fiancé, Brandon Dorr), and Griffin Hager (fiancé, Kelsey Coulier); great-grandchildren, Everett Hissong, Jamison Dorr, and Layla Dorr; and many special friends and neighbors.
