Obituary for Ray Edward Newton

Ray Edward Newton, born August 28, 1933, went home to his Lord and Savior on September 18, 2021.

He is survived by his wife of almost 67 years, Ruth (Wohlscheid) Newton; 4 children; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glee and Clara Newton; siblings, Gertrude, Francis, Margery, and Merril Duane (at birth), and grandson, James Thomas Newton.

He was a multi-talented man whose working life consisted of factory work (retiring at age 65), welding, mechanic work, carpentry, and woodworking.
