Obituary for Patrick David Goodman

Patrick David Goodman, of Portland, passed away on August 27, 2026 at the age of 73. Pat was born in Portland on September 16, 1952, the son of Alfred and Lucille (Miller) Goodman, Sr. He retired from TRW after many years of service. Pat enjoyed being outdoors- camping, riding his motorcycle, and mowing his lawn. Pat especially loved spending time with his grandson, Sawyer. He was always willing to help others and lend a hand. He will be missed by all those who knew him.

Pat is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Luane (Holly) Goodman; son, Rhet (Jenny) Goodman; grandson, Sawyer Goodman; siblings, Louise (James) Gensterblum, Peter (Ruth) Goodman, Alice Bills, Nancy Yeager, Neil (Keri) Goodman; and Denny Goodman; sisters-in-law, Carol Goodman and MaryAnn Goodman. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Sr. and Lucille Goodman; siblings, Michael Goodman, Alfred Goodman, Jr., Liz Seal, James Goodman, and Denise Goodman; in-laws, Gordon Seal, David Bills, and Theresa Goodman.

The Funeral Liturgy will be officiated by Deacon Randy Hodge at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. A luncheon will follow at the Portland VFW Post 4090. Those wishing may pay their respects from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral chapel.
