Obituary for Jennifer Lynn Aseltine

Jennifer Lynn Aseltine, 40, born May 3, 1986, passed away surrounded by the love of her family and friends.

Jennifer was a beautiful soul who was always smiling and happy. She had a way of bringing light and warmth everywhere she went. Her kindness, joyful spirit, and loving heart touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her caring nature, and the happiness she brought into the lives of others.

Jennifer is survived by her loving mother, Penny Aseltine; her sister, Amanda Warner; her father, AJ O’Brien; and many beloved nieces and nephews who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Jennifer was quite the traveler, having gone to Disney World, Niagara Falls, Graceland and many more exciting adventures . She LOVED animals. Having her pet ducks was her passion. Jennifer also loved going to church and her church community very much. Oh how she loved to sing!

Jennifer, your smile will live on in all of us. You brought light wherever you went, and that light will never be forgotten. You will be deeply loved and missed, always.

The Funeral Service honoring Jennifer will be officiated by Rev. Bob Beckett at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. A luncheon will follow at the Portland V.F.W. Post 4090.
