Obituary for Gallard "Gary" Michael Goodman

Gallard "Gary" Goodman, age 71, of Portland, passed away July 2, 2022. He was born in Lansing, Michigan, the son of Richard A. and Betty Lou (Hyland) Goodman. Gary was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed reading books, doing puzzles, playing golf, and he also enjoyed a good game of cards in his free time. He was very handy and had a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceding Gary in death are his parents. He is survived by his siblings, Steve (Betty) Goodman, Cindy (Dave) Gronner, Tony (Sandy) Goodman, and Becky (Tim) Wellman and several aunts, nieces and nephews.

A Visitation honoring Gary will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Portland Senior Center in honor of Gary. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes.
