Obituary for Cheryl Ruth (Trumble) Rogers

Cheryl Ruth Rogers, age 80, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born in Lowell, the daughter of John and Ruth (Quarton) Trumble. Cheryl was a member of Portland United Methodist Church, First Congregational Church in Portland and attended LeValley United Methodist Church more recently. She enjoyed taking care of her animals, tending to her flower gardens and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Cheryl spent many years working as a beautician in the Portland area. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Trumble; sister, Patricia Kuenzli. Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Larry; sons, Steven (Brenda) Rogers, Patrick (Deb) Rogers and Ron (Becky) Rogers; grandchildren, Joshua (Rachel) Rogers, Tyler (Lexi Bell) Rogers, Kelsey Rogers, Garrison, Logan and Walker Rogers; great grandchildren, Julian and Emma Rogers and one on the way this summer; brother, Gerald (Eva) Trumble. The Funeral Service will be conducted by Pastor Marilyn Danielson and Pastor Nancy Patera at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. Interment will follow at East Sebewa Cemetery.
