Obituary for Cecilia Marie Bensen

Cecilia Marie Bensen, age 67, of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. She was born on January 28, 1956 in East Meadow, New York, the daughter of James and Katherine (Foley) Bensen. Cecilia enjoyed playing scrabble, reading books, gardening, European history, collecting knickknacks, and listening to the 60’s peace movement music. Her favorite movies were Amadeus and Lion in Winter and her favorite T.V. show was I Love Lucy. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren, often attending their games and events. Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are husband, Michael Klepac; sons, Matthew Klepac, Joseph (Caitlin) Klepac, and Thomas (Jackie) Klepac; grandchildren, Jameson, Charlotte, and Spencer Klepac. Private family services will be held at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland. Interment will be in Traverse City, Michigan.
