Obituary for Anita Marie (Kramer) Weller
Anita Marie Weller, age 68, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 30, 2020. She was born on February 4, 1952 the daughter Ray and Theresa “Terrie” Kramer. Anita was an avid Spartan fan, she loved going on long walks with family and friends, and going to the casino occasionally. Anita took great pride in putting together “treasure hunts” and enjoyed camping, especially at Barnes Park many years with her family. She was a caregiver to anyone who needed her help and loved being a Grandma whether that meant attending their sporting events, rocking them to sleep or planning family gatherings. Anita is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jim Kramer; her in-laws, Jacob and Lorene Weller; sister and brothers-in-law, Kay Marie Weller, Frederick James Weller, Gerald Weller and Terry Weller. Surviving are her loving family; husband of 47 years, Patrick; children, Rachel (Scott) Gross, Todd (Liz) Weller, Aaron (Jen) Weller, and Sarah (Dan) Harraka; grandchildren, Aubrey Gross, Brock Gross, Lydia Gross, and Evan Gross, Aiden Weller, Tyson Weller, and Ethan Weller, Leah Weller, Nora Weller, and Raymond Weller, Daniel Harraka, Eli Harraka, and Anna-Marie Harraka; siblings, Ron (Jackie) Kramer, Mary (Dave) Campbell, Barb Cena, Bill Kramer, Becky (Ted) Droste and Wendy Fox; several brothers and sisters-in-law in the Weller family, many nieces, nephews and special friends.
The Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated by Rev. Mike Alber at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, November 5, 2020 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Portland Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Red Mill following the burial. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland.
