Obituary for Ada J. Barber

Ada J. “Jean” Barber, age 92, of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. She was born on February 5, 1930, the daughter of Zene and Agnes (Kirkham) Ward. Jean enjoyed bingo and an occasional trip to the casino but most of all loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 56 years, John; son-in-law, Fred Werner and brother, Graydon “Bud” Ward; Surviving are her children, Yvonne Werner, Victoria (Bob) Sandborn, and John (Suzy) Barber, Jr.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
