Lady Shamrocks fall to Fowler in District Finals

The Shamrocks fell short against Fowler in the district championship 40-35 on Saturday.

Gracelyn Rockey led with a double double, 15 points and 10 rebounds. Senior Natalee Teachworth added 4 points and 8 rebounds.

The Shamrocks finished the season 15-8.

Fowler advances to the Regional Semi-Finals where they will face Allen Park Cabrini (14-9 overall) at 5:30 on Tuesday at Summerfield High School. The winner of that match up will face the winner of Southfield Christian (10-13 overall) and Petersburg Summerfield (21-3 overall) in the regional championship on Thursday.
