The Ionia County Career Center proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of students at its 2024-2025 Awards Ceremony, held on Tuesday, May 6th. The event celebrated excellence in both academic and technical performance, and we were thrilled with the strong community turnout and support shown for our students.

Each year, Program Awards are presented to one student per program section. These recipients are selected by their instructors as the individuals who best represent the highest levels of accomplishment based on the Career Center’s Paid Points system, which reflects performance, professionalism, and participation.

The 2024-2025 Program Award Winners are: Augustus Teachworth, Autumn Reffitt, Autumn Robertson, Ava Russman, Benjamin Rudnicki, Charles Frost, Cora Vroman, Cynthia Darunday, Dennon Frisbie, Destiny Dixon, Emeliza Murray, Hunter Roundtree, Isabella Russman, Jonathan Rico, Matthew Blanshan, Nathaniel Lader-Pierce, Quentin Misner, Robin Ward, Simon White, and Tyler Lance.

In addition to program awards, several students were recognized as Scholarship Recipients for their academic excellence, leadership, and potential for future success. These scholarships, generously provided by community partners and supporters, will help support the students as they pursue further education or training.
