“Diluted Sewer Spill” reported at Sunset Ridge

On August 4th, “a diluted sewer spill” occurred at the Sunset Ridge manufactured home community in Portland.

In an email to the Beacon on the same date at 5:18 PM, Community Manager Crystal Shilander stated, “We wanted to make sure you were aware that there was a diluted sewer spill at Sunset Ridge today with a spill of approximately 15 gallons.”

No additional details were provided.
