Chills-Ville to offer trick-or-treating experience in a calmer, low-sensory environment

Portland Public Schools is excited to continue its growing Chills-Ville tradition, offering a fun and welcoming trick-or-treating experience for students and families who benefit from a calmer, low-sensory environment.

Chills-Ville offers a quieter version of Portland High School’s annual Hall-oween celebration, giving children who benefit from a calmer environment the opportunity to enjoy trick-or-treating alongside their family and friends.

Staff from Portland Public Schools, Ionia ISD, and other community partners will come together to provide a comfortable and enjoyable Halloween experience where all children can participate and celebrate at their own pace.

Families attending Chills-Ville should look for the specially decorated entrance, complete with balloons and Halloween decorations. Parking will be available in the student parking lot near the stadium entrance.
