Attorney General's Office sides with City in Interpretation of Emergency Funding Law

On Friday, the City of Portland released an announcement saying that the state attorney general's office issued an opinion siding with the City in the interpretation of the emergency funding laws in relation to the ice jam and flooding in the city in 2019. The full announcement can be found below.
