Lady Raider Golfers place 2nd and 1st as a team in recent CAAC White Jamborees

The Portland High School girls golf team traveled to Bonnie View Golf Course in Eaton Rapids on Monday for CAAC White Jamboree #3. Gina Sonday and Brooke Seal finished 5th and 6th respectively at the event, and led their team to a 2nd place finish.

2nd – Portland 195

3rd – Charlotte 201

4th – Ionia 216

5th – Eaton Rapids 238

On Wednesday the team played at Groesbeck Golf Course in Lansing for CAAC White Jamboree #4. The Raiders won the event as a team, and Gina Sonday was the top individual golfer with a 41. Hannah Schrauben and Josie Goodman tied for 5th place individually.
