Taco Bell Progress: Demolition of Former Restaurants and Car Wash is Set to Begin

Demolition of the former Car Wash, Red Tomato and Chinese Restaurant, on the corner of Grand River and Bristle Street next to Olivera’s, is set to begin this week. Taco Bell will then begin construction on those lots. The corporate public relations office for Taco Bell shared with the Beacon that the new Portland Taco Bell is set to open by the end of 2020.
