Raider Wrestling Picks up Wins over Sturgis and Marshall

The Raider Wrestlers were victorious last night over both Sturgis HS and Marshall HS by large margins. The Raiders got things started at 112 lbs against Sturgis with 11 straight pins or forfeits equalling 66 points leading to a final score of 72-12! Featured match was Nathan Zimmerman’s come from behind pin with just seconds left in the match.

The second dual, against Marshall started out in similar style with Drew Miller, Caiden Pelc and Trent Trierweiler establishing 11 straight points. There was some back and forth match wins throughout the dual. Featured match was Gavin Hinds getting a great smash double straight to a pin, his first win ever, capping the dual off with the Raiders winning 59-12!
