Nancy Kay Makowski, age 71, of Portland, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Mike Alber at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, November 7, 2019 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Portland.
