Parks & Rec Softball Update: Week 6

The coed softball league is now one week away from wrapping up the season and crowning a champion. The only games remaining are the rain-out games which will be made up on Sunday, June 30th at Powers Park. Portland Escape Rooms controls their own destiny going into the final week of play as they have a two game lead over PFCU and can clinch the league title by winning one of their two remaining games thanks in part to Prime Maintenance's 11-10 walk off victory over PFCU. While Portland Eye Care cannot claim a share of thetitle, they did improve their record with their strong performance on Sunday and they moved into 3rd place with a 6-4 record. Meanwhile, the men's league is appearing to be a three team race for the title between Ward's Garage, Fabiano's River House Grill and Wagon Wheel's Ray Fox All Stars. However, with a pair of wins on Tuesday, ESI Heating & Cooling was able to improve their record to 4-4 and join the three-way tie for 4th place.
